The FreeBSD installer appears to have created a very bad on your disk, and this is confusing OS X. The diskutil list output is showing the MBR side of the hybrid MBR, and this output includes two type-0xEE (protective) partitions, which tends to confuse OS X. Get rid of the programs you know you will never use. I just deleted Garageband using Appzapper and that freed up 1 Gb of free space. IDVD and mail are probably next to go. Do a manual install when installing office to get rid of the unnecessary language packs. Another thing I did was download a free program called youpi optimizer.
