I steamed my cauliflower in my Instant Pot and it was overcookednot sure if I needed to put it in a bowl in order to steam properly instead of just on the rack bit I didn’t have anything else to use. Other than the cauliflower being like mush, the sauce and the idea is great! I agree with everyone else that this sauce recipe could easily be used as a DF cheese sauce over other vegetables, etc!
